1. Do you keep previous jobs on file?

Yes, we do. If Hightech Signs has created a sign or any other type of graphics for you in the past 5 years, we have the artwork filed in our archive system.

2. What type of files do you accept?

We accept any type of vector artwork file (EPS, PDF,) While we can use lower quality bitmap images (JPEGS, TIFFS) we strongly discourage it. Hightech Signs recommends that you obtain the best quality artwork for your project before we begin the layout process.

3. Can you match a specific color?

If you have a PMS color code, we can match the color. If you need help matching a color, just bring a sample by our showroom and one of our graphic design specialists will help you out.

4. What is the turn around time on my order?

Turn around time typically depends on the product and the layout process. Once the customer has signed off on a layout, we typically can produce your order in just a few days.

5. What if I need it tomorrow?

If you need an item immediately, call us as soon as you have all of the details about your project and we will see how we can get you what you need.

6. I am an out of town customer. How will get you my order to me?

Relax! Let our shipping department handle the details. Whether it’s a small overnight order or a large freight order, we will prepare and package your order with care and have it where it needs to be, when it needs to be there!

7. What type of payment do you accept?

In addition to checks and cash, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

8. What quantity of signs & banners can you produce?

Rest assured, because of the advanced printing equipment we have, we can produce 1 or 100 pieces at equally competitive prices
